Block Admission

NIOX Group plc (the "Company") (AIM: NIOX) today announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission of 1,470,000 ordinary shares of 0.08 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
These Ordinary Shares will be issued, as and when required, pursuant to the issue of shares to the Executive Directors under the 2022 Deferred Share Bonus Plan.
It is expected that admission of the block listed Ordinary Shares will become effective on 28 March 2023. Any Ordinary Shares issued under the block listing in due course will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
