I'm happy to share my thoughts and my growing concerns if holders wish to know them but obviously I don't want to harm sentiment even further.
I've just written off a £100k loss.
I have no trust in the management and worry they will delist. You would then still own shares but they would be neigh impossible to sell.
I've chosen to add to my PMG holding which is a solid Co that I have no doubt at all will become a £1b M/C Co within 5 years, under Tom Cross's proven leadership.
That's 20 x current M/C - so my best chance to recover my money over time.
At least I'm sure that I wont lose it all there.
Research PMG if you wish and I'm happy to chat on their BB.

Only fair to tell you guy's that I sold 75% of my holding this morning.
I simply no longer have any confidence or trust in the Management.

All to play for here.Finance. Major obstacle overcome today.Rick needs to show June's production figures at some point. You'd think they were ok, as the Bank is still with the program.

Yes we have a temporary deal with the bank but I was talking about many IFs about the rest.

I see this as clarification of terms. We are in a better position as shareholders now due to the transparency of the company. They have been forthcoming with the information we require to make our decisions. In my opinion....1.loan note holders will agree, rns to update market will push sentiment higher.2. Increase in oil price and production will hopefully hit Bank target by September.3. New facility either with current bank or with different lender.There were some serious forward looking statements in the update today. Once these have been absorbed in sure this will regain value.

Reallyrich rich, I see it as a positive move. Next RNS will say 'production has increased'. Oil price is moving towards $50-60 levels so will increase cash inflow.

And as for waterflood it was started november last year so a fair amount of cash was used then before year end. But that is not confirmed.

As of today the CBA facility is extended and as of today we have a deal, yesterday we may have found that there was no deal agreed with CBA today......that would have been very negative

So today we have a deal......and that is very positive.....

By 31 August 2017 existing unsecured loan note holders to agree to deferral of all cash interest and royalty payments for a 9-month period from 1 July 2017;

-- Covenants consistent with the covenants in the prior agreement with CBA, save that a production milestone relating to the Arikaree Creek water flood Pilot project has been set at 30 September 2017.

The Company is negotiating the deferral of the interest and royalty payments with existing loan note holders. A further announcement will be made in due course.

I was talking about the last few years. Alao we dont have a deal as it clearly says depending on loan note holders agreement once all aspects ate agreed then you can say that.

See this as positive, noteholders are people sympathetic to the company, not outside interests looking to take over.HAWK do need to turn the corner on production and a bump in oil prices would also help. If a couple of things go their way could work out pretty well.

The RBL was 6% over libor. It is the 2016 convertible loan that is 15% over libor.
