03/7/2017 07:51 | . The Group's and Company's cash flow forecasts indicate that its ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due for next 12 months is dependent upon successfully extending the Commonwealth Bank of Australia ('CBA') existing loan facility which matures on 30 June 2017 on terms acceptable to the Company whilst alternative funding is secured. The ability to secure alternative funding is expected to depend on the success of the waterflood project and associated oil reserves upgrade. Whilst the Directors are confident that extensions to the CBA loan facility can be obtained, that alternative funding can be secured and that the waterflood project will prove successful and deliver the necessary increase in oil reserves, the outcomes of these negotiations and the waterflood project are unknown. These conditions indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt as to the Group's and Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include the adjustments that would result if the Group or the Company was unable to continue as a going concern. | sleveen
03/7/2017 07:50 | We were paying 15% Phil which reflected the banks view of risk at the time (very high risk). LIBOR plus 6% now equates to a total of about 8%. Significantly less and reflects the banks improving view. | mallorca 9
03/7/2017 07:45 | Were we paying libor +15% previous?? | philmac56
03/7/2017 07:27 | I also see it as positive that (although it's not Hawk's choice), that we're paying back $1.75m of debt. This will leave approx. $1.5m cash at bank with WF expenditure now completed. I guess that $1.5m is being held/put aside for drilling. | mallorca 9

03/7/2017 07:20 | Can't agree with that Jon ... basically the existing arrangement has been extended until the end of the year with Hawk to produce a refinancing plan end October. We also have a new production milestone to be reached by end Sept. Things going ok. I'm sure that once the reserves are proven (which will give us 3/4 years production from this field), that a new and increased borrowing facility will be confirmed, either with CBA or others. Just bear in mind that many oilers who are purely exploration (no established revenue)currently have a higher market Cap that Hawk. As well as years of exploration acreage and a JV, Hawk also has current revenue from 900 barrels a day net ... circa $20m per year. | mallorca 9
03/7/2017 07:12 | Not really. They have four months to secure a deal to take the borrowings elsewhere. It is clear the bank want out. | jonc
