Completion of Consolidation of Ordinary Share Capital
Further to the announcements released on 13 and 20 November 2018, URU Metals Limited confirms that the proposed '1 for 1000' consolidation of its ordinary share capital has been effected.
Trading on AIM in the resultant 780,571 ordinary shares of no par value will commence today at 8.00 a.m. with the ISIN VGG930042012 and SEDOL BH0LMN8.
