Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that it was notified on 21 September 2021 that Andrew Milne, PDMR and Group Chief Executive Officer, purchased 4,366 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 September 2021, at a price of 1,374 pence per Ordinary Share.
