Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that it was notified on 5 March 2021 that Andrew Milne, Group Chief Executive Officer and PDMR, purchased 1,723 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 5 March 2021, at a price of 1,159.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
