The Company announces the following information relating to director disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

On 23 July 2015, the Company announced that John Gittins was a director of Fairpoint Group plc and North West Electricity Networks plc, positions which he no longer holds.
