Divide your current holding by 400 and that's how many shares you will hold in the new company. If they can sell the legacy Turkish assets, you'll get a proportion of the proceeds as a divi based on the deferred shares that will also be issued. Managements enthusiasm to gain any decent return may be mooted, but they at least they hold deferred shares too. "T"

Smithy the mistake you make is that you are locked in the past with old management and cannot see the wood for the trees as regards the new. You had the ability to sell when the stock was quoted. You didn't. Grow up and move on.

Yoho how can you honestly defend management here? Everyone has been burnt here due to gross mismanagement here and will be interesting to see the salaries they are drawing when we see the accounts shortly on the companies register website.
