yes i know they are unlisted but aim companies may as well be unlisted as they do not appear to be responsible to sharehoders.

This is classic aim behavior it really should be renamed unlisted securities market as in reality we have as private investors we have as much control over an aim Company as an unlisted one.

Spike41 - care to share knowledge of ipo date.

Got liquidators report on Oman resources and won't be getting any cash out of them anytime soon. Absolute conmen. No assets and 27m of creditors. Where the f has all the cash gone. Disgrace from board of directors to let this happen.

If you Google path investments and ipo there is an extract from an Angel investors website suggesting that at least it is in train and they're hawking the company around. Get angrier though by the day just thinking about how the 20 odd million that have raised has seemingly gone down the drain on that chancer in Turkey.

Will depend on the quality of the deals Curm but I'm hoping for 90p to £1 when we relist and if the deals are good then I'll be holding. LNM

Presumably anyone investing significantly in the new IPO is going to want a decent chunk of the 'new' company and I am expecting significant dilution for us 'old' shareholders.

That said, board members etc. wouldn't have put £1m in at a penny a couple of years back, with the expectation of immediately losing out with massive dilution.

So hard to say...

Anything is better than nothing though, so can't complain :)

I know.. sorry couldn't it ....after buying in some ago before the suspension and delisting and so on i'd written this one off!Where's the 40p come from? And will there be any dilution when and if it comes back?
