just get your proxies filled in and returned. It is very important that you do. If you don't hold the shares in your name instruct your broker to fill it in and get it back. Scanned signed copies are acceptable to [e-mail]. Don't leave this to others to do - your vote counts and if the resolutions don't pass this time, the IPO may be compromised.

Is the management avoiding the shareholders? I don’t see any other reason why they have scheduled the AGM for 4pm last Friday before Christmas. I guess it makes it easier to pass the resolutions that benefit no one but the management itself.

oh well another investment rendered worthless, for me this would have to go to £2.40 to break even, still its better than nothing, and who knows, but, with the price of oil can't see it rising much.
So if all goes well it could relist early next year.

The farm-in to Po Valley Energy's 2 licenses will likely go the same way of the
canceled Sound Oil one. Po's market cap is c.£2m so it's low value stuff anyway.

"Niche Group plc's highest paid director was paid £208,000 in 2014" says it all.

looks like we're on for a relisting.

I suspect the acquisition of the Po Valley assets will be accompanied by a placing or similar hence the proposed consolidation.

That said progress is being made towards a relisting, which is better than the current position.
