I guess we need to get the Tosca, Schroder sales out of the way before we move forward. At least we are picking up relatively cheap buyback shares.

I’ve heard rumours that scaffolders have been known to whack gobby pretenders over the head with a putlog without asking WhatsUp!

Gadgie, thanks for post. VIDAA seem to be motoring ahead. But how much is this going to help Nexxen?

As part of our long term plans to become global number 1 we need the best team to support our growth and future plans. J.P. Morgan, the largest bank in the world, will help us on this journey. Bryan Beller, Managing Director and Head of Media and Entertainment investment banking at J.P. Morgan and Jaret Davis,
Global SVP at Greenberg Taurig will work together with us to find the right opportunities to continue our growth. We believe a lot of consolidation in the industry is ahead of us. We are eager to find the right opportunities and excited to be working with the best team to help us grow.

Barky, (The Younger!)

I have a question for you, if you wish to answer it.

We all have different prices in mind for ourselves, many have six quid.
And you have your own, of course.

Are you aware of a nominal consensus (scaffolders?) share price target or multiple based on 4 quid?

Thanks

Why are all the Users I have filtered suddenly re-appearing and posting endless posts (that I can't read)?? Usually means something... hopefully positive.

Sometimes you just have to laugh. Today Viant is valued at 8x revenue exTAC and 25x Ebitda based on FY24 guidance. They’re growing at 20% pa which is creditable but it will take 4 years of growth at that rate for them to reach what Nexxen will probably achieve at the end of next month.
Two of the analysts, including Laura Martin, have a price target for Viant slightly above today’s valuation of $1.1B and a valuation for Nexxen of approximately $600m.
If Ofer was a bit quicker on his feet he would have turned the tables on Martin when she raised the growth numbers of Viant and asked her to justify the valuation difference.
As I say, sometimes you just have to laugh

Cash is up in 12 months from $99m to $167m plus they’ve undertaken $220m buybacks + repaid debt of $100m in that time period ..It’s unreal

So that cash position is increasing all the way into the delist which is also drooping the ex cash PE plus I’m sure we will benefit from this being denominated in usd next year when we ultimately sell in points . Trump v Starmer on the usd-gbp battle and it’s clear where that’s going with the health of the 2 respective economies . It could even reach parity looking at the long term chart

This brief holding pattern is good for the buyback . 100,000 a day taken like clockwork .

The price pattern is also commensurate with the price action in 2020 as it moved up with a bit of jostling at £4 before bouncing up to £5 £6 £7 and £8 in c5 months.

The ADR will take off again and this will move I think to £5 by Xmas judging by my charting ! We won’t know why it’ll be covered stateside nd we will havw huge volume days out of the blue

Scsw out next weekend they will obviously mention the Nasdaq listing and that will attract a raft of new buyers from Monday 9th December onwards + Santa rally + trump trade + nasdaq AGM vote

Number of trading days prior to delist from AIM is now c50. This is a nasdaq share not an Aim one and so pricing according ahead and post the delist

ex cash PE of 8. The average rating is PE is 36 and rising with the trump trade which looks set to merge into Santa rally and inauguration rally .

A PE of 20 upon listing is not out of the question ie £10 per share equivalent

If they want to create any impact at all with the Nasdaq listing, there will need to be a trading update ahead of it to create some buying interest. Hopefully it will indicate Q4 revenue exTAc of 108m which would be 20% yoy growth and it would take the full year number slightly above the 345m which is the upper end of the guidance. And with Ebitda nudging 110m then the share price should move beyond £6 following the listing

I did write a long piece yesterday, but it seems to have disappeared.
I ain't repeating it but the gist was the share price isn't going anywhere until the AGM and single listing.
