Nexus Infrastructure plc ("Nexus" or the "Company")
Interim Dividend
As stated in the Company's admission document published on 6 July 2017 the Company intends to pay an interim dividend in relation to the six month period ended 31 March 2017. The dividend will total GBP0.8 million or 2.1 pence per share. The ex-dividend date* will be 17 August 2017 and the record date** will be 18 August. Payment date will be 7 September 2017.
* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the interim dividend
** Shareholders must be on the Company's share register on this date to receive the interim dividend
