Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 218,344 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to AIM.

The application is in respect of Ordinary Shares expected to be issued as deferred consideration payable in respect of the Company's acquisition of the entire membership interest of Activate Marketing Services LLC, a B2B demand generation specialist based in San Francisco and New York working with technology companies, on 1 November 2018. The new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 10 October 2019.

Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 86,542,278 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
