Came back in here yesterday and added more today. I was surprised on the initial muted acquisition response although it now seems on the move. I've been looking at the finals and although my calculations are a little crude the increases in the earnout costs from last year's acquisitions where the balance sheet added 6.6m of liabilities for earnouts on 19.1m of acquisitions suggests low multiples are being paid even including these costs (it's not an exact calculation as balance sheet movements aren't the same as expenses and it ignores any profit stretch targets which would cut the pe).
When combined with the effect of being further through the year to achieve the previous forward pe (I think I used February's not the later spike) I came to a target of £4.89 post yesterday's acquisition which I need to recalculate but should now be in excess of £5. That's a pretty good turn IMO and should be achieved within 3 months if history is a guide.
Finally, I note even before the acquisitions Robbie Burns (The Naked Trader) was adding. If he was seeing value then I suspect he must now view it as a bargain and we might get a few mentions in future updates.

Next Fifteen Comm. acquires Circle Research Ltd

Next Fifteen Communications has acquired the entire issued share capital of Circle Research Ltd via data and insights subsidiary MIG Global Ltd.

Initial consideration was £5.21m and was comprised of £3.01m as an up-front payment for the business and £2.20m for the net assets acquired.

Of the total initial consideration, £4.94m was to be satisfied in cash with the balance to be satisfied by the issue to the vendors of 67,360 new ordinary shares in Next 15.

Further consideration might become payable based on the profits of Circle for the years ending 31 January 2019 and 31 January 2020.

"Any deferred consideration that becomes payable may be satisfied by cash or up to 25% in new ordinary shares, at the option of Next 15. The acquisition is expected to be earnings-enhancing for the Group in the current financial year."

been accumulating quite a few over the recent trading sessions, including earlier today.

i figure the marketing space is changing and as noted by Dyson (in his proactive video) campaigns are going to be targeted and more budget specific, driven by data analytics. Who better to drive your campaign than a company that is working and marketing tech companies.

Add to this the client list and the fact that Dyson own roughly 7% of the business and i figure there's a real growth story here.

Oh and the chart has broken out to new highs too.

Classic b/o on accumulation IMO - i bought 2d ago sub 400 as it setup. Someone's buying - who knows why. We may find out or we may never know. Just sit back and enjoy the ride

There is NO stock - see my posts - and if you have a problem talk to your broker who will tell you how supply and demand works on the LSE............that is if he knows!!

I bought again this morning but again there is little stock around.

My dealing fingers tell me that this is going to be hitting new highs soon - news and AGM etc ............we shall wait and see.
