Not sure why the market price is so fragile. Is it perhaps the business rate relief expiry? Occupier costs are going to rise. The number he gave for tenants renewing was afmirable, something like 90%.that sounds pretty good.

LG - indeed, a very good and convincing presentation. Annoyingly can't enlarge the screen so as to see the slides! Is that just me; or a problem with the site?

It's a good presentation, very upbeat. Only problem is that it will make you want to buy more. I hold three of the companies presenting in Spotlight so it was an hour well spent for me.Feeling very confident about NRR going forward. Next two years could be very rewarding if the potential is delivered.

Gave up the day job at 60. Finding that travel broadens the mind. Currently on a train in Italy with excellent WiFi - something I didn’t think possible on a train

back to NRR (Im jealous Sky) the news a few lockers from Royal Mail has done the share price a power of good i see pushed it down to a 4yr low! Am in large here already although waited until they dispended the pubco as i felt that by and large the shops they have will always be there as not majorly discretionary spend.

SKY,

Walking out 50 years to the day I walked in. The new soon-to-be Mrs tiltonboy has somewhat longer before she retires but may have to retire her early to travel.

@tiltonboyI can tell you now nothing gives you more pleasure in retirement than taking stonking great dividends from your ISA tax free

Retiring at 62 perhaps; or are you younger than that. Personally managed out at 53; then retired here to SW France at 56 - 20yrs on and never regretted that move for one moment.

You've got to pass this way sometime

Ive been in since CAL days and have added twice since the takeover. Im pretty confident the divi will increase, but the current yield is good enough for my needs. Not too concerned about the capital value. Also bought CREI and PHP recently.

19 months to retirement and concentrating on maxing divis in my ISA and to pass some of the income down to the kids

Hi Tilts. Never held this one as never a fan of Retail. However, a price for everything; and surely down at the support level of 68p and a yield of minimally 8.8%, this now looking to offer serious value.

Hopefully may have some WHR & ASLI cash to reinvest in the sector - so casting around...

Significant cost savings. EPS and divi expected to benefit.

Sector is just getting sold-down again atm. As long as the income continues to flow I'm happy

Underlying funds from operations.
I was thinking 6 to 7p. Cost of acquisitions I'm thinking will eat a little pie but hopefully some overhead reductions will balance.

I'm not thinking NI will hit rents in any meaningful way but the unknown is the business rate review and loss of interim subsidy.

I don't see NRR getting caught in the large unit/out of town rates increase as its more urban /suburban/

I added Friday, steady eddy income not growth. For growth see SHED and AEW.
