miyk - the way I understand things is NNG have said that we may be in line for a small (derisory) distribution from whats left but this will be in 2010

Are you hearing other things?

the patents, rights, whatever due to the technology were given away in lieu of a debt payment.

I suspect that they were given away to a TM company

basically they wanted to buy for 0.03p and couldn't due to the number of PIs who weren't selling at that price so they flushed us out and got what they wanted anyway.

Oh so good you had to say it twice. Any time I have spoken with you I have been nothing but pleasant but I find your continual need to tell people how well you done is just amounting to kicking people when they are down.

I know what I think of you but I shall resist the urge to tell you and just hope that a little karma comes your way as your comments are not useful in any way.

Hopefully 'Ihavenoclue' or whatever he is called will try and resist the urge again to visit the thread to tell us all how much money he made from this.

i am sure hes had it along the way, the 10mil defo needs researching as this could pay the shareholders a bit of something. Also as a quick question to the bb what happens to the rights on the technology should it ever be used in the future? if its patented and as shareholders we own part of the rights, by being paid out from the liquidation do we then loose those rights? Just thinking on if it is a dodgy bit of dealing and somewhere down the line the units are used, who would benefit then from it?

The debt with the loan was wavered due to going into valuntry liquidation, my bank also states that shareholders will recieve somewhere in the region of 0.03p per share but that wont be paid untill 2010!

Are you sure it will be 0.3p? I assumed it was 0.03 pence per share. I was
wondering whether anyone can confirm this.

When everything is wound up they do expect a small amount to be paid to shareholders. Unfortunately it's about 0.3p. (as in a third of a penny).

Newport's not worth £120m !

Matthews, who received a knighthood from the Queen in 2001, has a £120m home in Newport, Wales.
