16/3/2009 11:23 | Might be stubborn shareholders who don't want this Matthews chap to have 100% ownership post-delisting? | bozzy_s
16/3/2009 10:30 | Plenty of mugs around that were paying 0.15p recently and higher even when the company announced the delisting. | 8trader
13/3/2009 13:40 | I got out of this one ages ago at 1.3 pence. All statements looked too good to be true and there is a strong case for suing the company for misleading information and failure to update the market. On that note, i wish all investors well for future share dealings and wish nothing but failure for any company connected with John Everard or Terry Matthews! I feel better now, plus the sbc technology is antique now and has been surpassed. No point holding shares in the equivalent of a 286 computer is there? what a shame, things could of been great . . | andrew1664
12/3/2009 10:24 | Following de-listing NNG shareholders shall still "legally" own a share of the rights to 1460SBC technology! Terry Matthews historically hasn't made many mistakes. ....When he has recognised that one of his projects is going wrong he has moved the goalposts in order to avoid losses.... On the face of it NNG is a big loss! So why drag it on and on without any public announcements of change of direction or merger or even closure?? Here's my thoughts.... Incumbent telephone service providers all agree their business plan relies upon them reducing OPEX whilst being able to offer new services! It is generally agreed that SDH core networks must be phased out to become MPLS? and that voice services will be VoIP - Terry Matthews knows this and he also knows that when the carriers finally deploy their next generation infrastructure the 1460SBC is a strong component, with few competitors! The trouble is this publicly listed NNG costs too much mothballed! De-listing enables Terry to keep this technology alive (inside a back office in one of Mitel's buildings). I wonder how many shares will trade by private treaty following de-listing? Terry could quietly buy them all (for next to nothing) then he'll have 1460SBC fully developed and tested, paid for mainly by the former shareholders - wow | catman66 |
