What worries me is this; Why would anyone put a bid in for the company now when they would have to pay an inflated price (due to the recent takeover speculation). Can't they just wait for delisting and buy it privately?

he has 7,950,000 or had sold 1000000 thats not that huge a holding of only 10000 so sell up will hardly creat waves ripples maybe.

it's on behalf of Mr Kaged, who ,from a process of elimination, I think I know who it is

was / is a large holder, if so would expect more offloading over the next few days
