Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, announces that it has been informed by Graham Feltham, Group Finance Director, that he has acquired today 800,000 ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.25p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Feltham has a total beneficial interest in 800,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
