hence the fall back & why you can buy lower than the aim admission price.
Those results are history, its what will come that could be exciting, i.e. the Nevis resort.

Eps looked like it was going to be a lot lower than expected forecast???

A lot of promise, but perhaps going to take just a bit longer to mature.

LONDON (AFX) - Newfound NV said it expects 2006 operating profits before
exceptional items to be not less than 6 mln usd, but added that its earnings per
share for the year will be significantly below expectations on different profit
mix.
"The profit mix is different than we had anticipated, with a greater
proportion coming from the Pinney's Estate Resort (75 pct-owned) and less from
the Humber Valley Resort (100 pct-owned), creating a higher minority charge,"
Newfound said in a trading update.
The AIM-listed upmarket holiday resorts operator said its new development,
Pinney's Estate Resort in Nevis, had got off to an "excellent start" and has
exceeded its expectations, with the initial plots offered selling out in only
four weeks.
Newfound added that talks were progressing well towards the granting of a
hotel concession at Pinney's Estate Resort.

What I know is that they're a great management team, and the sector is going
to go mental over the next few years. So they have a great chance of doing
well.
heard that a bunch of analysts had been there just last week.
Lastly, if they come in anywhere near the figures mentioned above then these are a muti-bagger waiting to happen.

Apparently broker Collins Stewart have a current NAV per share of 121p. Pre tax forecasts for this year are US$8.5m, rising to US$43.1m next year and US$72.2m in 2008. At an exchange rate of 1.9617 this equates to pre tax of £4.33m, £21.97m and £36.8m respectively. According to Investorease there are 70.89m shares in issue and current market cap at a mid share price of 70p is £49.62m.
Assuming a tax rate of 30% this would give EPS of 4.27p, 21.69p and 36.33p and PE's of 16.39, 3.23 and 1.92 respectively. Obviously DYOR to confirm.

Company is a bit thin on newsflow at the moment having only floated in Sep 06 and current PR seems low key. Recent director buy also over £900k already communicated to market. As soon as this company starts making a few noises and confirming results on track then the share price should start to gain some momentum - all IMHO,DYOR.

MM hardly encouraging trade with that spread. Especially annoying as yesterday the big boys were able to trade well within the spread.
