17/7/2013 08:07 | Another deal....good yield, Primark major tenant. | trustman
10/7/2013 16:37 | Wow thank you | ccraig69
10/7/2013 13:58 | exactly - it is definitely isa-able | the monkster
09/7/2013 10:54 | I was under the impression that NRR could not be held in an ISA as it is listed on AIM and the Guernsey stock exchange neither of which appear in a list of recognised exchanges. However, it appears that being dual listed on the Guernsey CISX stock exchange makes NRR ISA'ble since any stock exchange in Guernsey is a "recognised exchange" as defined by HMRC and does not need to be specifically listed. see www.hmrc.gov.uk/fid/ | alter ego
05/7/2013 15:00 | added a few | gucci
05/7/2013 14:39 | NRR also going well. Not much stock around at the moment. | shauney2
05/7/2013 14:03 | Nice and quiet here. Article yesterday from Sharecast re the AGM. Nothing we don't already know but its positive and has helped the share price tick up. hxxp://www.sharecast | shauney2
02/7/2013 10:40 | i added in my isa today, no problem at all | gucci
02/7/2013 07:55 | This IS ISAable.I have them inside and out. Will make no difference soon anyway. No stamp duty either. | shauney2
02/7/2013 06:07 | NRR are listed on AIM and the Chanel Islands exchange. Neither of these is a "recognised exchange" so afaik that means they cannot currently be held in an ISA. Perhaps they have moved from the main market where they would have been ISAble? | alter ego
01/7/2013 23:24 | It is isa able I had them in my isa with TDW | gucci
01/7/2013 22:08 | Your broker is correct. NRR is an AIM stock so not currently ISAble, but... HM Treasury have today announced that from this autumn, ISA rules will be changed to allow AIM stocks to be held in an ISA. | alter ego
01/7/2013 16:47 | Is this isable? and if so why are they as my broker is saying they are not and I am sure they have that wrong. | ccraig69
27/6/2013 07:53 | Drop yesterday was due to XD date. Hopefully will climb back up over the next few weeks. | orchestralis
26/6/2013 21:10 | Got plenty of cash, hope they do have a plan, watching. | elmfield
26/6/2013 16:15 | A note from Edison. hxxp://www.edisoninv | shauney2
21/6/2013 15:16 | More dilution. An open offer to existing shareholders would have been nice. | sharpshare
19/6/2013 17:51 | Yes, bit of a disappointing price + they should have done an offer for subscription to existing holders. Nevertheless, it will give them massive firepower and so I will stick with it. I suspect they already have a plan on how to spend the money. | topvest
19/6/2013 09:26 | out for now | gucci
19/6/2013 09:15 | It is not a 24p discount is it ?? There is a 10p dividend to be paid to current holders which will not be paid to new equity and using the mid price the discount is barely 5% so considering the scale of the deal and what the company plan to do with the funds it is acceptable. | davidosh
19/6/2013 07:45 | Bought in here recently & sold this morning at a minimum loss. 24p discount to yesterday's closing isn't for me | burkedavid
19/6/2013 07:44 | Looks like a doubling of the number of shares in issue. My other concern is how quickly will they be able to deploy the new money? This may negatively impact the dividend for next year if they have a higher proportion of cash and lower proportion of assets generating rent? | madmix
19/6/2013 07:39 | I suspect so deadly, unless you have a good broker. EPRA NAV will be diluted by the placing (205p placing vs 240p NAV), and as there are no rights to the new shares, I decided to sell my holding first thing. However, I do like the company, so will be looking to repurchase closer to the placing price over the next few weeks. | madmix
19/6/2013 07:37 | AIM is discredited beyond repair. S | smarm |
