A very comprehensive update on the portfolio this morning and it appears that there is ten times more activity and asset improvement potential for the coming year than the same update a year ago suggested ?

There should be an improvement to the NAV this year and the divi is huge so a nice bonus. Final results will be on 23rd May.

Interesting that the recent 10% rise occurred before the recent general market rise. Any views on why it did not share in thar rise?

Nice looking JV and shopping centre acquisition alongside PIMCO.

JV already up on the price onbtained in the NRR secondary placing.
