InTechnology acquires NetConnect Training business from Netstore for a cash consideration of 900,000 stg, plus a further 100,000 stg of deferred cash consideration dependent on the company's performance over the next 12 months.

Neil Lloyd, CEO of Netstore said:

"Over the last two years we have worked hard on disposing non-core elements of our business. This disposal represents the final part of our programme. All our
business is now core...."

The training unit was part of the managed security services firm NetConnect Ltd which NetStore bought in March 2003 for 2.3m pounds.

keen to hear advice of any new business generated.
agree, new cfo's purchase in feb was a mere gesture (short arms?)

GCS = a waste of money and time IMHO..more local/central gov numpties that can talk forever, but rarely get anything done!! SOCITM conferences on the otherhand gets the real decision makers (with budgets!)..

Infosec, was from reports I had first class in terms of quality of enquiries and attendance..

Like you, I agree a few buys from the directors before the close period (if they can afford it LOL!!) wouldn't go amiss..

Any views on what the results may look like?
