It's what is commonly referred to as a 'dawn raid'. If the MMs had loads of shares to get rid of, they would be filling the orders PDQ.

I have bought twice on HL, limit orders nicely filled. Just looked again and they gave a quote for 5k @165p.

Market makers are shaking out the weak holders. They want your shares and then pass them onto the buyers at higher prices.

Trimmed at 200p yesterday, added some back at 168p. PDSB doesn't provide the valuation support it did last week so NSCI could weaken a bit more perhaps to 150p
