Rich, I don't think the convertible would be allowed to convert at this price....higher up maybe but not down here. I'm not sure there's no right to convert anyway at this stage.
Money raising should be relatively simple...lots of big investors willing to follow their money.

some impressive growth metrics today looks like there is traction in the US. Exciting, short term funding looks a worry. more than once restructuring the capital structure is referenced , the £10m convertible? that wouldn't be good for share price esp given net liabililties. hopefully they get the equity investment and avoid this.

£15m market cap (plus £10m of convertible)making enterprise value of £25m. People will start assessing this one now, and the valuations will come out at a multiple of £25m.
Getting back to IPO price of c.240p isn't a dream at all.
A few more decent announcements and sight that the company is making money (or at least break-even)with funding sorted, will bring in the masses.

This is the start of great things...admittedly a delayed start, but a start nonetheless. Funding to be sorted in next month or so (a guess) and then more deals will be announced, as the company has the working capital to deal with the increased workload.. Owning 100% of the US business is a game changer too.

Yep - they have to raise - but I think it may be the real deal - the explosiveness of the contracts & the %s are just on a different level - 10-20 times higher than the normal standard deviation.

The US business is worth serious money...10x current market cap. BUT the company needs to raise money...once this is out of the way (next few months) this will get back to IPO price (238p) over time (24 months). Good luck.
