Indeedy well done to Mr Shaw NEKTAN SAVED AT 5P. Mahousive dilution for all holders eighty percent of shares issued in the debt 4 equity restructure / raises.
So wot now wot now....says cash flow positive this year and enuf working capital and debt much reduced and now manageable, could get interesting up to 15p I would have thought

Yes I guess not enough interest blimey buying when it could be bust in a week when obvs struggling to get placing done that needs some nerves as I’ve said before why wouldn’t providers of new money and note holders insist done at 1p?

Impossible to buy until u no outcome of placing and I can’t see any reason why it wud be above 1p new investors and bond holders hold all the cards
Yes think there is a decent biz there
Anyone wanting to buy biz just needs to do a deal with bond holders so any sale will, bosh, wipe out equity.

Suspect this has happened now as biz can’t pay month end payroll hence advance on share subscriptions in Feb they told us they owed hmrc 2.9m now 4.4 biz just doesn’t have money to pay bills overdue creditors and mountains of debt obvious for long time no idea why share price is 7p current equity is dead

Bond holders in charge here they determine price suspect nearer to 1p than 7 assuming they can raise the 3 mil on the hurry up

Did not understand that 15p thing one bit no sireeee. Obvs debt that was left was too much and biz wud never be able to raise cash to repay it
Debt levels after this much more better and not due for a while but all at huge cost to existing holders and Gary will be sat on big loss

If u r a current holder you’d be delighted with 5p wudnt you think is bust needs debt guys to agree so they demand what they want looks like cash balance v v low as some funds aiming in early wud guess that’s to pay month end payroll

Mahousive dilution for holders 7 million of new equity not gonna be pretty is it and bosh I was on the button price of last years debt for equity was too high and debt holders who were left wanted more
