Hey Errol who knows? Maybe! That’s a nice thought. Any news on those broker notes and forecasts you’ve been promising for like years that show how the biz is going to deal with mountain of losses balance sheet awash with debt imminent funding need to stave off collapse £35m capital raise needed to sort balance sheet ? Thought not yet another completely meaningless rns.

Not a bad JV partner announced today! Global platform integration...Shows that Nektan has a platform the big boys like. Maybe more partners being lined up?

Taking longer than I expected that is true, but heading in the right direction for sure. Stunning quarterly update yesterday. Not many companies trading in AIM showing such growth.

Errol is a biz insider who is probably being fired by Gary Shaw as we speak.theres a nice thought.b Clueless. Errol is the guy who 18 months ago said the share would be at ipo price 238 by now and we would have broker notes and forecastsnout wrong , fail, fired! There’s a nice thought. No I’m not a decen size buyer as you put it but I’ve a few thousand I’d happily sell but no one wants them no surprise there.

Complete waste of space time for SACKINGS ebitda positive in Europe maybe for a single month ina years time plus this excludes US plus excludes interest tax and amortisation ie all the big costs.
Why no FY18 post tax numbers what is there to hide or do they not know incompetence. Errol you are fired.

Extra facts for you Apr 17 (look at his posts) Errol confidentially predicts a return to the IPO price in 18 months ipo price 236 share price today 20.5 FAIL what has gone wrong Errol come on you are biz insider? Where are these forecasts broker notes you have been saying are about to happen FAIL. My suggestions are in post 505. I have repeatedly said hear v good things about Gary Shaw Doubtless q1 trading update next week but if no results for year end June 18 so we can all admire the payables number ha ha or statement of losses after tax for year to June 18 and quarter to Oct 18 then it is time for firing of people and advisors if they don’t know losses by now bad news finances out of control if they k ow and won’t tell what’s to hide why the obfuscation. Here is the list to be fired if we don’t get that info. Broker - useless gone. sCC whoever they are useless gone you’re fired. PR firm waste of time fired gone. Finance director you are the weakest link fired gone sorry if this is you Errol ha ha but if it is you need to find a new career as this isn’t for you.

Errol you work for Nektan imv so here’s my plan for you
1. Fire CFO clueless no grip on finances no communication of numbers
2. Get out credible forecasts shows exactly how much cash is needed
3. Sort unrealistic debt levels and let us know extent of losses and funding needed
What do you disagree with with facts please. Waiting. Dum dum waiting.

Errol as usual you are long on supposition and short in facts I reckon less than ten p of the £ of sunpkay revs goes to nktn and out of that they need to fund direct costs so prob making a loss anyway Errol you obv co insider, where these forecasts broker notes you have been promising us for ages where are they where are they?

Wonder if they talked about Sunplay as part of a bigger plan..showing they are moving into the big league? Showing they have a successful JV with Newscorp.
Rich do you know how much of the JV with Sunplay goes to Nektan?yoi say ‘very very little’...maybe it’s more than you think....

Most pointless announcement ever Sun play has been going since 2015 per announcement and only just over 1m of revenue and how much of this goes to Nektan very very little biz needs to deal with 35m imminent funding requirement

Errol you say they are backed by massive global funds name them they have one Tosca who are supportive octopus who are uk and dtl owing near ten percent who are COMiTTEd TO SELLING
Why the lies desperation and hostility? Here are the facts as I have repeatedly said give evidence why they are wrong and I will agree facts are
Massive losses biz is keen to hide as much as possible
Balance sheet awash with debt bulk due on a single day so much for spread of maturities
Using players and regulators cash to pay biz overheads in breach of licence therefore risk licence gone
Imminent need for cash to stave off collapse
According to draft poor management team that doesn’t listen
Who wants to tell me these FAcTs are wrong with eveidence no one

From trading update;

The Group is in discussions with a number of industry partners to integrate E-Lite on a platform to platform basis in the next two quarters which would be an additional global revenue stream for the Group.


Nektan's US subsidiary, Rapid Games(TM) ("Rapid") has continued to grow its game portfolios and will go live with its second northern Californian on-premise mobile gaming partner during July 2018.

This company has amazing institutional support from massive global funds, it won’t be going bust!
It has amazing long term prospects...it will sort out it’s CLN (which aren’t due for 18 months) and the shares are going higher.

Reason this share price is unlikely to move is simples it’s called DEBT let’s leave aside a few million of directors loans coz they can sort that they have 13 million including interest due on a single date MADNESS who puts debt into loss making biz and then all due to be repaid in cash on a SINGLE DATE soon crazy. we deal with losses tick kick out management if they are as bad as draft say tick stop telling lies tick fund short term imminent funding need tick
What idiot allowed mail to say this biz is a video games maker INCOMPETENT everyone knows either biz or its advisors planted this story and can’t say what biz does who is getting fired over that
Address the facts tell the truth no one wants investors who have been fed lies that would be not good no no

Given the amount of losses it has maxed and continues to make running out of funds is a risk though it has always found funds placing must be imminent

hello. if you had traded nktn you d have over 300% gain by now. ive had these more than 1 year now. webis did 800% on us gaming supreme court news. nktn is a heavily manipulated share in my opinion . even gan is kicking its backside. im no fan of gary nor the managment either. they dont listen to any feedback at all hnece why we are stil at low share price before all the us metric ane crypto news rnss. i agree the poster below is an.extreme deramper as it clearly says the Rapidspin issue is someone looking to invest in the company. mcap of nktn also very cheap conpared to 65mill leovegas acquisition. nktn probably does need cash and a stupid placing will not surprise me but the share price should keep rising for a bit. still holding a chunk as you just dont know on which day a big rerate night happen. pip did 175% today

U can have mine at 25p if you want lol never anyone out there wanting to buy as biz prints a whole load of new shares every year to fund massive losses so why buy in market when there is always new stuff coming to market can only sell if there are buyers only people who buy buy v small quantities market can’t handle big volumes of sales imagine another big share issue on way if biz is to get cash it imminently needs
