Targeted Jan and RNS today suggests slight slippage to Feb but all on track and confirms timetable agreed by both GE and CMEC! JDA in Feb I wonder....?

Hmmm.....The timetable for the timetable for the JDA was mentioned in the last two RNS releases about timetables. Having missed the first timetable for the timetable, the amended timetable for the timetable was published. Now we are reaching the end of the revised timetable for the timetable, if the timetable for the timetable is to be amended again then a new RNS will be required. If the timetable for the JDA has been agreed in accordance with the timetable for the timetable, then the timetable for the JDA will be available for publication.Ta Daa.Either way, there should be an announcement.

If it is finalised in January I wouldn't expect an RNS to that effect would be received by the market - there's a thing called due process - but who knows what will be announced.

From experience CNY will result in two weeks max, however all the work on the timetable with GE and CMEC are done and just needs government to tick the box now, so CNY is wholly irrelevant to the timetable process.

Yep and they are only back from holidays this week. Now its all go.its only govt now.all others are ready to sign off the timetable.pop over to twitter and get on the private discussion board.hanno chatted with two big holders on there only yesterday.it was a MASSIVELY PROMISING phone call.my guess is timetable next week then really quickly followed by the big one.
