Price and moving averages has closed above its Short term moving average. Short term moving average is currently above mid-term; AND above long term moving averages. From the relationship between price and moving averages; we can see that: This stock is BULLISH in short-term; and BULLISH in mid-long term.

Good post from LSE Price: 6.13BGibbons 49 postsSumsSo this is how it might work. Project if $500m capex plus $50m transmission line. 75pc funded by debt, 25pc by equity. Partner will arrange debt (standard practice) and provide equity (say 60pc as per SEP). If we receive $35m at financial close as per SEP deal that puts us in a great position. Total equity required is 500m * 25pc = 125m. 60pc provided by partner (75m) meaning 50m to find in total (15m only if we retain same metrics -35m - as per SEP deal. Looking at this again we could actually be sitting there with 35m/125m (28pc!) of the equity without having to raise anything. We could just then sell the rest to AFC who fund projects like this for a living and take some cash off. 28pc of $80m equity cash flows a year for 25 years. $22.4m annuity stream a year with ability to scale up to 600-1800MW. P/e of 8 say - that's a market cap of £150m. Now that's why partner news so critical. Huge reward to the upside.

A good time to remind us of the potential here. According to a well respected London based analyst he states that if Ncondezi can secure 10% of the JV it would be worth 10x our current shareprice. Yes 60p. However I believe shareholders would be devastated if our management team didn't secure more than 10% of the JV with any new partner!Based on the analyst note below a simple formula to revalue any new deal could be 60p for each 10% we secure in the JV based on his workings. I would like us to secure at least 30% which would value Ncondezi at £1.80. Even if you discount by 50% that's still 90p. But why would you discount by 50%? Just demonstrates the value in here. Ncondezi Energy is focused on the phased development of its large scale, long life, integrated thermal coal mine and up to 1,800MW power plant project in Mozambique. Originally an export coking coal play, Ncondezi has invested significant resources in scoping the nearby 4.8bn tonne JORC compliant coal project. The mine is anticipated as being the sole supplier to the power plant. The shares are down nearly 80% over 3 months on the back of delays on closing a deal with Shanghai Electric Power (SEP). Nearly a year and a half after signing the Joint Development Agreement, Ncondezi last week announced that it had suspended exclusive discussions with SEP and will now engage with additional strategic partners who have expressed an unsolicited interest in developing the project alongside Ncondezi.· Time is of the essence for Ncondezi which has received indications of interest for an additional US$350k shareholder loan which would fund the company until 2 September. This has not as yet been finalised. Ncondezi is also actively engaging with Shareholder Loan holders to seek an acceptable funding solution ahead of loans expiring in September. · The project will require funding of circa $1bn to implement the 300MW plant and transmission line with optionality to increase capacity thereafter. · Sub Saharan Africa is woefully underpowered and the proposed site is ideally located to plug into the existing network with potential to extend supply into South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and Zambia. · This is a very advanced project and therefore has a good chance of securing high quality partners. The fact that the company has received unsolicited approaches is encouraging. A feasibility study and all technical documentation has been completed, a Power Purchase Agreement has been agreed in principle with a local utility, all relevant Social Impact and Environmental studies, land use rights and other permits are in place, the mine concession has been awarded and access to the power grid has been approved, indicating Government support. · The first 300MW stage of the power plant has been estimated to generate US$130m of EBITDA annually. Ncondezi's very existence hangs in the balance as reflected by the sub £5m market cap. Should it find a way through to financial close, even a 10% share in the project could be worth more than 10x this amount. We applaud management's decision to take back control of the project. Stimulating competition amongst potential partners may help to secure a favourable outcome for shareholders.

Hi, still in NCCL, believe this will be a gusher. Also a bit in UKOG, JOG now and PFC.

Have a look at Bitcoin - now above $5000 and still climbing - on its shirt-tail is Bitconnect which is offering great returns. hxxps://youtu.be/bXTT7wBbP2M
