I think after 4 long years in the making NCCL has eventually arrived big time. New partner to be announced any day now. Without doubt the best coal to power play on Aim. Not long to wait now.

In June 2017, the Company successfully raised an additional US$0.35 million through existing Shareholder Loan holders to fund a new partner search process, which included world class power plant developers and operators. The process has been through a number of phases to narrow down the list of potential partners, and is close to selecting a preferred partner to enter into exclusive negotiations and finalise binding agreements. This follows receipt of a non-binding offer which includes an investment structure not too dissimilar from previously disclosed proposals that is now being finalised between the parties. The Company is targeting finalisation of this part of the process by early October 2017.A non binding offer received, but similar to the SEP deal it appears.

Well, another 10 day countdown starts tomorrow-who will our new partner be?

Things must have really been pushed behind the scenes to arrive at this point. Our new partner seems keen to progress as indeed our own BOD.

I agree with Clockworkorange, they must have been watching events from the sidelines and decided to approach NCCL, the only way to show serious interest and to trump any other interest is to put down cash on the table.

This years` AGM will be exciting and I would urge shareholders to attend and talk with the BOD to get a feel for what you are going to be involved with..

Any noise from our rival across the border is just that-noise-

and guff.

Clock - just ignore all that background noise. He clearly knows nothing about the project and the world class management team. A management team who tipped in $980,000 a few weeks ago to get us to here. And in the form of a loan not a bucket shop placing. There are so many experts on these boards aren't there!!!!!!
