Looks like they're offloading the risk onto PIs. It has to break the low before moving higher.

Depends on multiple and which year you apply it to....with a May year end it would be 2024 numbers times sensible multiple.....15x? 20x? Guess x?It's still a profitable business with a slowdown in orders which at the margins hits the P and L. Maybe takeover target?

Thanks Jerseyman.If we say £60m of debt, allowing for some working cap slippage due to poor second half sales, then overall valuation would be circa £360m - equity plus debt.At £30m of profit it doesn't feel like a bargain even with the significant share price decline today.What do you think?

From Interim Statement, net debt £54.8m ( plus £29.3m leases) and interest cover for first six months of 16x cf 3x covenant

Does anyone know what the net debt is? I can see they pushed the covenant to 3 x so that would suggest a maximum of £90m before a breach?

Given stability of escrow, this looks overdone to me. Reckon escrow may be worth £150-200m myself. That would leave the rest valued at only 40-90m for 240m revenue?

A properly ghastly profit warning however, and the balance sheet is stretched IMO. Risk/reward maybe pretty good at 80p?
