   NB Private Equity Partners Limited ("NBPE" or "the Company") has decided 
to consolidate its listing on the Premium Segment of the Main Market of 
the London Stock Exchange and has applied to delist from Euronext 
Amsterdam. This delisting is expected to take effect on 20 December 
2018, with the last trading date being 19 December 2018. It is intended 
that subsequent to this, the Company will apply to the Financial Conduct 
Authority to change home member state to the United Kingdom. 
 
   The decision to delist from Euronext Amsterdam follows a comprehensive 
review of the trading volume, costs and administrative requirements 
related to the Euronext Amsterdam listing. The Company is confident that 
this consolidation will result in reduced administrative and legal costs 
and will greatly simplify the continuing operation of the Company. 
 
   The Company will remain listed on the Main Market of the London Stock 
Exchange and does not expect that the delisting from Euronext Amsterdam 
will have a material impact on the liquidity for investors and potential 
investors. 
 
   Subsequent to the delisting from Euronext, shareholders who obtained 
their shares through Euronext Amsterdam will continue to be able to 
trade these shares on the London Stock Exchange. NBPE's USD quote on the 
London Stock Exchange trades under the ticker "NBPU".
