   NB Private Equity Partners Announces Changes to Director Roles and 
Responsibilities

   The Board of NB Private Equity Partners Limited is pleased to announce 
that William Maltby has been appointed as Senior Independent Director of 
the Company, ahead of his proposed appointment as Board Chairman upon 
the retirement of Talmai Morgan at the 2019 Annual General Meeting, 
expected to be held during September 2019. 
 
   In addition, William Maltby and Wilken von Hodenberg have been appointed 
to the Audit Committee, Management Engagement Committee and the 
Nomination & Remuneration Committee. All appointments are with effect 
from 15 April 2019.
