Nasstar, a provider of hosted managed and cloud computing services, has been informed by Ed Armitage that, following the sale of 350,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), he now holds 16,983,334 Ordinary Shares representing less than 3 per cent. of the total voting rights and therefore no longer holds a disclosable interest in the Company.
