double - Only last month 600,000 shares were bought by an investor from the company at 25p. It only bodes well,I think this is just being walked back up in anticipation of a partnership agreement. DYOR

They do seem small this time however I think another big buy went through at the end of the day to make the share price rise another 10%. If there is another buy it will be reported probably next week.

this wben thing is a real confusion - I don't think its needed as the shares are quoted ona london exchange - think it happens on all shares that were just US and are now available to trade here

Extract from prelimary results earlier this month.

...In March 2008, the Company issued 600,000 shares of common stock to an investor at 25 pence per share.




He/she must know roughly what the short term future is as that was only a month ago.

Tried to buy this through selftrade yesterday, but needed a special certificate to trade bin the stock (via mail....very frustrating....another boat missed)

Double- I think the RNS was also very bullish. A company with a Phase 3 drug trial for an HIV drug should not be this low which is why they said based on the trials the company is massively undervalued (or to that effect).

I've been buying for the last few days for the first time, there could be a huge amount of upside if succesful.

They were floated at 80p 2 years ago. If this drug is any good the revenue would be multi millions. Directors would not be buying if they thought it could not go through phase 3.

A company which is in phase 3 for this type of potential HIV drug should not be this low which is the reason for the managements comments RE how undervalued the company is in the RNS. It's dropped on little volume.

I think they are going to slowly walk it back up in anticipation of a possible out-license to finish off phase 3.
