There we have a rag on the wrong side of a trade - you do not have a clue if there is money needed, you do not have a clue on the delay! I have read your other posts - nailed on rag trader!

"IPR process can take 12 months and then be followed by appeals." Nano will be out of cash by the time this process has completed. It doesn't matter how strong their case is, they HAVE to do another fundraise.

I have said this many times over the years - the casino is a bent organisation that enable honest people to use the casino deceit to an advantage...but many are mugged off! Scaffolders play them to extremes - it feels good to beat these gangsters and their rags. My position - long, with a very nice average.

All part of the normal course of litigation, which is always a almost endless grind. Should’t cause too much surprise.

This mornings rns does suggest a small delay inevitable- and this will surely give the casino an opportunity to mess with the price...however the courts are pretty use to the Samsung way of working...they know how to annoy the wrong people. I am expecting the price to be played with over the coming weeks - but Samsung will pay long term...Yanks expect you to take your punishment...Samsung are slippery!!

Just seen a header that Judge Payne signed an Order on 14 May to pay a 'technical advisor' . Don't know any more details.

Assuming the court hearing goes ahead October then the ‘elephant in the room’ should be much clearer. Still somewhat of a binary punt but IMHO I still think that given the ‘no cost to nano’ of the VERY high cost legal funding it must surely mean those really ‘in the know’ believe we have a very strong chance of success.

"Cash runway to H2 calendar 2022" so that's just over a year away. A fundraise seems unavoidable and by the share price trend this week the market seems to agree.

Some display possibilities were mentioned in the interims (and in past updates) but as is often the case, no names no pack drill.

Worth a read still minimal revenues predicted this year and next, fund raise needed back end of next year by look of it, note predicts loss revenue of between 200-250 mil but will any payout be based on lost revenue or profit which presumably would be lower. They are paid for cheer leader so needs to be taken with pinch of salt but worth a read none the less. hxxps://www.edisongroup.com/publication/sensing-programme-moves-to-next-phase/29487

Barkboo - things certainly seem to be slowly moving in our favour. IMHO David and Goliath analogy still fits very well - specifically when looking at the respective company market capital. Our legal team are effectively the slingshot that (hopefully) will deliver the ultimate ‘knock out’ blow in court. 😂

SA you’ve got a fair point but I think you’ll find the legal systems are mostly similar across the world and that they cross-pollinate and co-evolve. The adversarial system used in the Uk is similar in the USA, Australia and most English speaking nations. The French have a different system where the judge takes a more investigative role. I’ve found that whilst there are local laws the adversarial system has more international commonalities than differences. Unless you’d like to explain where I’ve gone wrong specifically in this case ...

Barkboo. Let’s hope so, we also need a few more income generating contracts in the near term to extend our ‘fully funded’ timeline which will also have the benefit of making Samsung realise that their long term delaying tactics in the hope we go bust no longer apply. As soon as they get to a point where their legal team advise they are most likely to lose in court then they know the earlier they settle the cheaper it will be. However, such self awareness isn’t common in such large entities so we are probably still going to have to wait until the final ‘David and Goliath’ slingshot actually hits.

Nigwit...I really don't know what it is but your trying to apply UK legal convention to US courts and civil procedures for compensation claims..You really need to have both first hand experience having worked in the US law courts or at least googled the right country's court system, procedures, and legal precedents.
