Are we really expecting 8million revenue, from a standing start, before July 17?
Honestly?

Regarding staff loss, Nano are still a small company without volume revenues and cash flow control for the next 6 months at least will be critical to avoid a further placing. If Nano are focusing on display as priority and Solar is put on the back burner, then staff have to go, for a company of slightly over 100 employees they simply cannot afford right now to keep staff in areas of development which is no longer the focus. Its a case of either keep them and risk a further fund raising, or remove the necessary cost to avoid a further cash call. In a way, this is the implication of delay to commercialisation for Nano on CFQD displays, something had to give and it has it seems.

Appreciate the time and feedback syd777, Rochdae, whum and chaba1. Apologies if I missed anyone!

Things looking better. Will just hold my core holding for the long term now (already been a few years and bought WAY higher than we are now), & may even consider topping up if we ever dip below 40p again.

That's why I got dazed with that part of the speech as I expected that to come through a RNS and the way that there was not a NDA with that comment.

I listened to my recording. ME mentioned Hisense spent many million of pound advertising on football stadiums across Europe. They don't want to use cadmium with their brand and ME said nanoco will help them go through with that

I'm sure Rochdae was right I must of mistook Chinese for HiSense,I would not be surprised if I'm 3 weeks time they are using Nanoco QDs or in the 2nd Quarter for the 60-100".

LuckyMouse- Always great to see you back ! Thank you.

Along with our cherished Mr Oz, I wonder if you would feel able to share your analytical interpretations.

From your last charts and much appreciated comments:

"Battleground at resistance 46-48".

Buying zone at approx 82p. If share price reaches this and the fundamentals support, it could double.

What has changed and your views now ?

Thanks so much.

Shame I wasn't there whum (and other posters attending), work commitments today made it impossible but sounded you enjoyed it. Indications are all in the right direction at least, just need that solid evidence IMHO. Bit wary still on cash flow, forecast might sound good but phasing until next July is the issue. Not convinced LG are launching QD TVs near term still. Its down to Wah Hong and Dow being in their for Samsung expansion. Interesting comment on Hansol obstacle to expansion. Sounds like commercial model right now means their profits will be hit if they expand capex. Running a cash cow for them it seems. Not holding right now but get a feeling it will not be too long before I will be again.

slippy, I have no knowledge of nano's personnel policy
if as you state people are finishing, do you think it possible
they were brought into to achieve specific development objectives,
which having been fulfilled are now no longer required.

LM, please interpret your analysis for us
It's a tech stock that's had its fair share of excitement, but still subject to market /PI herd mood swing so TA might have a place here

Said it before will say it again.
this is a brand new industry still in its infancy
when it matures orders will follow.
you can't make omelettes without breaking eggs,
or put the cart before the horse.
Having attended the agm today only the most cynical
would deny the potential trajectory for nanoco.
I use the word potential because nothing in life
is without risk, you pays your money and takes your
chances. patience is required.

PC I think you would have enjoyed todays agm,
which along with all the implied growth in the agm
statement, and from BOD, only points in one direction.

Ive had a reply from investor relations over the syd dossier.

To clarify, a senior figure at Nanoco said, whilst preparing for the upcoming CES event the prototype TV was dropped by an Asian employee. He was reprimanded.
