Looks like ME is not going to be at the AGM..Our progress will be underlined at next month's CES, the consumer electronics show in Las Vegas, where we will showcase televisions using our CFQD® Fine Color film."

Is the rest of your reporting as accurate as this?

Syd- Wiggins out in the Far East- that's good news. I take him to be one of the best members of the Board. He's smart and is very much the active ambassador/salesman.

Because they can sell them to you guys on the fundraising ramp and then buy back in cheaper. Just like they did last time Nanoco passed the hat around.

special resolution 11 gives authority to purchase own shares.
yes it is dilution but in a positive sense as any future earnings
will be shared by fewer holders.
syd pi's along with other holders have given approval by passing the motion.

There was one of the board member who could not attend Keith Wiggns out in the Far East dealing with more important matters.WH is also ready to sign the contracts in the Far East.I guess I got dazed when ME said we are helping HiSense go CF after they had spent millions on Cadium and advertising.

The 5% was SR 10, a renewal of an existing authorisation, and in line with PEG recommendations. But I expect we all knew that.

Except that liar slippery, who's still not given me the promised day in court...

slippy is beginning to sound like an old 78 rpm record
that has finished playing, and all you can hear is the click click click
until you remove the stylus.
even if their was to be a placing who is to say what price it would be.
given the expected revenue to FY year end in July 2017, unless a catastrophe
occurs, nano are more than covered with the available cash.

I must stress the TV I saw was not an LG but It did look like one in my opinion only,When I said to ME that LG was going to use a QD colour filter,he said that's what we have got up there. He did however confirm Samsung will be requiring additional supplies.

Slippy, your maths is all over the shop !

OK, to secure the budget for the whole of 2017, Nano places 5% of the current shareholding (238M shares)= 11.9M shares. Yes, they could probably get away with 40p, thus a yield of £4.76M, minus expenses.

Such a move would greatly re-inforce Nano's financial position. The market would like it very much and we'd see the share price steadying up. At that point, short at your peril !

I'd be buying on the dip, just like I have been over the last three weeks. I've broken all my own rules lately spending way more than my normal disciplined monthly purchase exactly because the recent dip is a crazy anomaly.

I'm ready for any shorter or placement dip, guns blazing !

Syd it sounds to me that ME sold you a pup.

No sales, No concrete visability apart from a wild guesstimate from Peel Hunt.

And you walk away with a pi dilution and a 5 mil fundraising.

Rather like Neville Chambetlin. What was it again, " peace in our time " ?

Whum maybe you're right,Slippy seems to be the only one worried about a placing that As well as Runcorn a new factory could be in the pipeline due to very high demand and yes only £500.000 paid to Kodak to secure 35 patent sets.Slip CES will see these fly and there after that too £8-10 million after expenses for an upgrade of Runcorn and a new factory.

Just over 1.2 million shares at 35p gives say 4.25 mil. Say 3.8 mil after expenses. They are probably wanting 5 mil so looks like they will try to pitch just over 1.25 mil shares at circa 40p. Raise 5 mil

There you have it 5 mil placing at 40p per share on its way. Again

syd,re post 8054. I interpreted Caroline Watson's reply to
the Uss divestment, as she did know the rationale, but was bound by client
confidentiality, and could not comment.
