Why wpuld you place the 5% in the woodpile if you were confident of £8 mil revs 2017 and you hadnt paid much for kodak IP. Just doesnt make sense.

Looks like my scource was bang on. Tbey said first quarter.

Typical ME burying it under smoke amd mirrors in a effort to ramp tge share price

I certainly wouldn't be celebrating today, that's for sure.

New vote allowing 5% to go to institutions without involving the PI. Sounds like a placing coming to me.

The demand for upto 100" has become so much of a priority that WH has moved up 12 months ahead with the new facility going live by 2nd quarter, and through Merck, and DOW they have the capacity to meet the demand and they both have 2 Flim suppliers signed up.

There has been a complete lock down on any news from DOW after the DUPont merger. There you go HiSense the first brand to be named using Nanoco ;)

There was 3 new votes cast but 1 was of interest,Nanoco can sell 5% to II without offering them to PIs.. To me it looks like an institution wants to buy in.There will be Branded TVs at CES hence the S.There was no mention of a cash call and it looks like there will not be ONE!

When asked about the USS recent sale Caroline Wastson replied that they don't know why they sold and it had nothing to do with Nanoco and she doesn't know what their strategy was as it looked like their own restructuring. The competitors Nanosys has NO CF,I then asked about QMC the Stifel guy said he was going to visit then 2 months back, but thought they were bankrupt but raised more funds, then ME replied they use BAyers patent and Nanoco looked into it and thought it was not the way forward and he expects them to fail as he and Stifel said they have not received one order.

When the question of revenue came up it was left to Peel Hunt to comment and revenue was expected to £8 million Y/E July 17..I personally think that might increase after CES as ME has said all the Cadium based TVs from last year are going CF at this years CES.

Nanoco is helping HiSense to go CF,Samsung with 25 million TVs out next year will definitely require additional supplies.I asked ME about LGs duel strategy using QDs it was the first time he herd of it and said they were concentrating on OLED, but then I mentioned their CEO said in September that they were going to use a QD colour filter he pointed to the TV that was on display there'If I was to brand it I could of sworn it looked like LG'.

I am with you Ken it is uncanny how 'timely' some of the exchanges between syd and slippy are but respect him / them either way! And slippy admitting wants ramp up post AGM for a double short position. AGM statement first evidence of Nanoco backing up their product in more detail. Hope it was a good AGM Syd.

I agree, products out of the door and cash flow in the bank, and the share price will go up and stay up.
