Dow has never been interested in anyone but Samsung and LG. If the dots were not going to sell in Korea then we'd have heard about it long ago, and Dow would have begun looking to supply Chinese/Japanese manufacturers instead. They have plant they've invested in and there is a market, as Samsung have proven. No harm in making money off Samsung/LG competitors if they have refused to take supply. In my (speculative) opinion Samsung have bitten, but have asked Dow - and Nanoco - for absolute secrecy. So I won't be surprised if Nanoco AGM reveals little. Big news for us, a mere IP supplier at the end of the day, will be about the same time Samsung has collected their CES 2017 awards, early Jan.

Yes, I agree J777J, seller and the jitters. But the market will push this up again as I've said before. Everyone piles back in and then gets chicken when it starts to fall and the rumours are circulated by the sharks.

I only buy or sell on facts not rumours. So lets see what's said at the AGM and see if we have a cad free TV based on Nano's tech in 2017.

Science takes an age is the only problem. We all thought there would be a transformation in 2014, but it didn't happen. Yet the industry is not standing still. Far from it.

I just see Qdots becoming absolutely dominant in display across all price points. Eventually it will replace Oled.

There seems to be some momentum now for Oled other than from LG. I think some of the OEM's have no option because they don't have Qdot tech sufficiently developed. Also, there are rumours of LG introducing printing technigues which will increase yeild and bring down cost. But I still think Samsung have got it right as they develop their Qdot tech.

In the end though, the market only values cash. Takeovers don't happen that often. Until there is evidence of the rapid rise in revenue that ME has promised the share will be volatile.

But that's why I like to look at the industry. It's accelerating. Basically 10 times quicker than Oled. The LED phosphor side of the competition comes a poor second to Qdots.

Anyway, see what Nano can do on the science and the marketing.

Still a relatively high risk play mind you...

Would appear the institutional seller is dumping stock through the offer.

They just need to announce they have received an unsolicited bid approach or a meaningful deal and that would set the cat amongst the short positions (pigeons.)

All the hard work has been done and they are within 12 to 18 months of significant revenues.
That is when a co is most vulnerable .

Share price and prospects are the furthest apart to date.

Appears to be forming a base ( double bottom) from a 50% fall since August.Have traded these a few times added yesterday. Average 37.12pExcellent future in huge markets. However has always failed to deliver. 2017 could well be the year Nano begins to rock and roll.
