Kenirogas you make a good point about GMT, I can only presume notification rules means GMT only disclose on their net position above 3% So 3.4% long and 1.4% short means 2% net so below threshold, even though we can see their long holding above 3%.
perfect choice

Firm and Kuss
You can be in and out of the share as often as you think you can make money
I have been and don't think I've lost with NANO tbh ( not saying I get the top and bottom right all the time )
Sell and buy back if you are convinced it's gonna drop more. More shares for you

Andy capped I am same position as you.best bit of advice I was given should have listened to - is can't beat the market. Now the uncomfortable feeling of do i sale and cut my losses or wait. I will wait for some time as has to bounce at some point. Reflecting on slippy and controversial in many ways can be seen as the good guy in all of this as called it, don't say I agree with his made up stories but clearly part of some investor group or at least in the know

. Interestly also said closed 70% of short positions so that's a positive..crazy unscrupulous manipulation of share price

Talking of well judged entry (ooo eerr, missus)....
Much was made of USS dropping below the 3% threshold, and therefore not having to report further shedding of stock. Is that a definite reporting threshold?
If it is, then GMT must still be holding their long position for now, surely (albeit offset by 1.4 short).
However, I can find no RNS indicating their crossing ABOVE 3%, hence the question.
And yes, hats off to SSW for calling the short game...again.

Kuss: "Sell for your reasons or buy. That's the market. Doesn't matter how long you wait, you are faced with the same odds."I disagree. A well judged entry and exit makes all the difference. Signing off now. Very interesting to see if we bounce or struggle in the days ahead.

Btw Kuss, ssw's 'conviction' tends to flip flop between long and short. That is indeed admirable if he is reading the lie of the land accurately. Which, with a grudging respect, he appears to be able to.

My point is that to make money you're either in or out. Sell for your reasons or buy. That's the market. Doesn't matter how long you wait, you are faced with the same odds.

Or sell up and wait and see? But clearly once you sell your opinion is devalued.

I hold a sizeable stake in nanoco. Presently underwater like most I expect, in spite of having a fairly low average. Nanocos management haven't exactly been awe inspiring since the announcements of new partnerships in the Summer, with vague and non committal answers to questioning, plus the accounting balls up.

Either you sit tight and wait and see, or you sell up and get out.
