Worth carrying on listening as this is the last update on the sales process really...at around 40' Saying they are prepared to move fast if there is strong interest which he believes to be the case.Says earlier there is a structured process running smoothly and well engaged...We now have had a collapse in the price and no updates..Tells us there is very likely no interest in a buying the business that would have valued the operations and ip significantly higher than market value at the time which they wanted to achieve...and seemed very upbeat they would.Question is ..is the share price movement dislocated from what is going on in the sales process and that it is progressing well to a good outcome or is it well informed and that there is no interest or other bad news coming or is it indeed just a motivated seller liquidating a position that knows nothing.If it is one seller..why no disclosures as this selling has been ongoing for many weeks.

They had £20.3m fy end July 24..10.4p per share .Their broker estimates £14m at the end FY July 25. So with 194.6m shares in issue 7.2p per share by then...with ongoing burn at £5m per annum.So at current levels about half of what the CEO and Chair paid for lumps of equity in December at around 14p.The shares are not placing any value on the operations and the ip that the company are apparently in the process of trying to sell anyway...though how well that is going might be evidenced by the fact the shares are 6.95 GBX -6.95 (-49.98%)year to date.If they are about to sell anything at a decent premium ..nb the directors believe the company undervalued at 14p then it is being kept very quiet!

Cash burn is 5m per annum, it appears no one wants the company and the directors dont have a clue.

How much of the £20m do they have left. The only real hope here is to lay off all the staff, sell whatever IP's they have left to any bidder, and use whatever cash they have left for a reverse takeover. No point waiting until they've squandered the remaining cash.

TH and his proposed Board may not have done much but it was almost certain ruin with BT and hence shareholders should have taken a chance with TH.

Its not going to 40 quid, but its certainly got what it takes to be one of the small cap market's best performers this year, very much with BT at the helm the whole way.
