"This first order is for initial production, which is expected to ramp up over the coming months. Nanoco and Wah Hong EXPECT that cutting edge branded products containing Nanoco's CFQD® resin will begin appearing in the international display market during the second half of the 2017 calendar year. "

The statement read last week from the trading update"before the expected ramp up".That statement should not be eliminated 6 days later.Crosswires are getting mixed up here with,no Philips TV but need to keep up hope with CF Monitors.HiSence abandoning its 40"-55" for new tech.I would start worrying if the staff changed to 20 from a massive 80 ATM.Still waiting for a drop below 25 to top up again 😢.Its changing here faster then the football transfer deadline day.

Does make the claims of all these OEMs look a bit suspicious to say the least. Perhaps nano have sent them a brochure and are claiming that's a program they are working on.

Makes you wonder what language like Merck are carefully following developments means. What ever it is it's a far cry from nanocos claims of an accelerated program.

What a bunch of Drongos. They are basically a laughing stock.

Minsky made me laugh out loud with that proposal. Let's get Paxman in to ask the questions:
Are Philips TVs using your dots - No
Are TCL TVs using your dots - No
Are Hisense using your dots - No
But they did all sample your dots - Yes
And what is the reason they didn't buy and chose other dots instead - Urrmh, Urrmh, Urrmh - they chose not to buy.
Yes Mr Nanoco but why did they not buy ? - Urrmh, they chose not to buy.
Why did they not buy ? - Urrmh, they chose not to buy.
Why did they not buy ?

Tried contacting them, but their email bounced back as undeliverable. Doubtful it would have revealed anything.

Two conflicting pieces of information.

Howl's titbit from Nanoco stating that Philips are using Cd film.
Crunch's from MMD that they are using Cd free film, but unknown supplier.

Someone has their facts wrong.

Still need to know who Wah hong are supplying. Remember it's Wah Hong that have stated they're commercial, it's not sampling it's orders. So who to?

You guys will never learn. You are a subset of shareholder. The gullible, the foolhardy, the rose tinted glasses brigade.

When ME rode into town with his travelling side-show, you lapped it up and bought his cure all ills snake-oil by the bucket load, and still went back for more.

What part of the smoke and mirrors house of cards dont you all get???

so the reason we don't know what the hell is going on is NDAs. Yet Nanoco are quite happy to tell howl what manufacturers they are NOT supplying.
So can we get them to go through a list to eliminate every TV set maker until we find one they don't deny supplying (assuming there is one)?

A bit of hope lies with Phillips Monitors and TVs from HiSence.

I don't see how Nanoco cannot make a further Public statement now. This cannot wait until the October results. If Nanoco knew that all three companies with demo sets at CES had chosen to reject their product and go elsewhere then they should release this market sensitive information when they know it. So they have been failing to sell anything and keeping it a secret from the market. The only way they can keep going is if they can explain very clearly exactly why they have no sales yet. Only then can any investor stay invested.
At the moment it seems like - Their CFQD are significantly inferior in performance - their CFQD are more highly priced than Cadmium dots. Nobody will therefore buy them and this will not change until a global ban on cadmium QDs occurs or consumers reject cadmium QDs - both years away.

Philips product is "cadmium free," but no supplier announced. I confirmed with an MMD communications representative via email yesterday.

Yah sure. And I tried the fancy coat too, but ended buying a different one, in sales from a closing department. Let Philips sell Cd TVs this month, they will need the profit to buy Cd-free films soon.
