Results of 2019 Annual General Meeting and Name Change
Majestic Wine PLC is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held at 11.30 am today at Norvic House, 29-33 Chapelfield Road, Norwich, NR2 1RP, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed.
This includes the special resolution to change the Company's name to Naked Wines Plc. The change in name is expected to become effective before the end of August 2019. A further announcement will be made when the change in name is effective.
