I have been using Naked more nearly two years - excellent service. One bottle was not for me and it was changed without problem.

PUG, I gave up alcohol last year, but used NW in the past and was fairly impressed.
Lots of reviews on the site so you get a very good idea of what you're buying.

One aspect, pricing. Some of the pricing looked on the high side to me.
May be different now
