Added a few more myself this morning. The worry that it would be taken private has in my opinion dissipated, whilst a reverse is looking ever more likely. Sheffield Haworth is sitting on circa £9m in cash, so plenty of potential!

A huge sell to buy gap - but there is movement which is encouraging and today more buyers than sellers. Hopefully I will get my outlay back but have a habit of selling
too soon and this may be yet another. It perplexes my understanding - but Mt Sheffield has invested a lot and will have a plan! Its interesting, and time will tell.

Interesting news this morning that provides more light on where this is going. Old guard completely gone, new broom and direction.If they can leverage the business via SH and replicate the Hong Kong success into other areas, NAK could be something of a good turnaround story. More to come here methinks!

I'm surprised there hasn't been an announcement. Have they paid that tax or not? Unless there are fresh funds here the company must be on the verge of going bust.

It was a foolish greedy punt and I have far too many. Months back I tried to sell but they were refused. It all depends on the Chairman and CEO now. Why there are buyers is beyond me. Your theories are my hope.

Interested to know your reasons for investing here in the first instance Jack. The record has been dire for sometime and the only way I could envisage extracting anything (which is why I had a pint) would be from SH reversing in. Interestingly it recently acquired another business, following on from last years buys.Looks to me a straight choice between taking this private or absorbing NAK into SH and keeping the listing.

My feeling is with Arthur Lame and I wish that I was not a holder but it mystifies me to note that there has been some purchases. Up 12% today. I see no comments and there is no reason to buy on the known facts.

Mr Sheffield must have been aware of the situation at NAKAMA last June when he bought a 24% stake for over half a million £. He is either a big loser or has a plan.
The CEO joined at a very difficult time too. It looks like the end is nigh and all is lost. I hope that is not the case!! Time will tell

Surely these should have been suspended today? They appear to be trading while insolvent or at least very close to it.

I'm staggered the price hasn't fallen more today.

I doubt it'll be a long wait until this goes under, it must be nearly there already. If you have them it's a strong sell and get back what you can before you lose the rest.
