04/1/2021 08:06 | N/T to buy (again)
early every day for a week it opens N/T to buy so it might be while before any buys show through | dave4545
02/1/2021 13:23 | Hopefully it'll be something well positioned and ready to go! | hastings
02/1/2021 13:03 | Lindsay mair is the director at Low 6
He was involved in BIDS and SALV to name a few, Peterhouse involved as well so there is a link but think its too early for Low 6. | baz9707
01/1/2021 23:00 | Reverse Low6 into here ? | scotty666
31/12/2020 18:13 | I have no doubt they are better but it's so long since I used them (15-20years)
Is it still 1% buy commission ? | dave4545
31/12/2020 17:46 | dave
But i bet you pay more in the spread. I have dealt C.S. for donkeys years, i cant tell you how many times i have bought inside the spread by really big amounts, same for selling. You may choose to say this isnt true but i even get prices, granted not often, but prices that are below the bid!! I have tried the cheap platforms, but i like to get oversize orders, fast transactions and inside spread prices. Time out of mind on these threads you see people moaning about their cheap platforms that wont actually fill an order in a fast market. | squiresquire
31/12/2020 12:14 | That's pathetic re iii, is that a service? If I ring my broker then the order gets filled straight away or within minutes if they have to go through to a MM.Personally I couldn't operate on the sort of service iii are operating , but each to their own. | astralvision
31/12/2020 12:00 | Dave please explain how the market makers buy in on a N/T
Are they buying from each other | sunshine today
31/12/2020 11:50 | They have to honour it, but at 9am I put a order in to buy 100k and iii do not pick it up until 10.15am then I'm not going to bother.
All sorts can happen in that time.
And it's well noticed that mm's are going N/T to buy a lot more than normal atm because of the very fact nobody can get a order filled quick so they do not have to increase the price and hopefully for them some people sell instead. | dave4545
31/12/2020 11:35 | Don't understand all this NT nonsense. All the MM's are in 100k size and they have to honour that. So if you've got a decent broker, no problems. I guess the cheapo on line 'service' is the one that is saying you can't buy. Guess you get what you pay for. | astralvision
31/12/2020 08:36 | Yes, ready to head north again. | 32campomar
31/12/2020 08:35 | Nice bit of buying there
And now it's NT to buy | dave4545
31/12/2020 08:12 | Can buy and sell online which is unusual this morning
1-1.1p
1.04 to sell 1.1p to buy online | dave4545
30/12/2020 17:46 | In the grand scheme of things whether you pay 1p or 1.5p, this is still capitalised at less than £2 million, which will look daft if they get this right. | 32campomar
30/12/2020 17:22 | Took ages to buy this am, and I’m gutted to not have been patient and paid too dollar.
All good though. It won’t matter in a few months hopefully
