There is some interest in the shares once again, and about time for the bounce to take charge

Wondering if it’s to hedge a spread bet they took. Seems doubtful though as not sure who would bet big on this going up. Probably a trainee in the trading room.

On the bounce and Strongly
Why?
Bouncing strongly after the very large fall yesterday with the trading update.
1 - But 2 Directors were buying soon after the update
2 - The Lombard Odier Asset increased stake from 14.24% to 17.02% the same date.
3 - The dividend suspension was expected but badly received by the market
4 - With the large share fall NAH has become a BARGAIN.

Lombard Odier are smart cookies. If they see value here then there probably is.

Yup. The Critical Care division is growing strongly (up 10%) YoY and makes the current valuation cheap on its own.

I think this is pretty good value down here. Bush is going to do 5.5m EBIT at least in 2020 and its a high quality growing business. Put that on a multiple of 10 and you have £55m value there. Take off the debt of around £20m and you have £35m left vs 25m current market cap and the PI business in for free. I think 100p a share is achievable soon enough so I've bought a few.

The total dividend cut not welcome but obviously they needed to make some sort of cut due to volatility of business in PI and HMG dragging feet on legislation. I guess a total cut is the most prudent.

I'm a buyer down here.

To be fair having read reams of company RNS's, missed targets , reduced targets for bonus schemes , profit warnings one after another, changes on policy on dividends et al. I don't believe a lot of directors give 2 figs for shareholders opinions.
This is their job , they do it to get remunerated , not to be popular.

So by not piling in seriously, shareholders would be more forgiving of the profit warning and dividend cut ?

The Ceo already has half a million shares... .so thats probably enough.....anyway if the directors did pile in... what would shareholders thinkThey caused the share price fall in part by suspending the divi

Sub 10k purchases from both of them.

Token share price prop buys. Take that as a sell signal then. lol

Finncapp published a note this am. They have revised EPS down to 13p for 2020, and provided a bit more info about whats going in the PI division. Note is freely available. Just need to register to access.
