18/9/2017 14:04 | Yes - holding a few IMG for the takeover but not expecting much unless several bidders appear. Seems unlikely. | someuwin

14/9/2017 13:00 | Interest picking up ahead of results next Tuesday. | someuwin
14/9/2017 08:27 | It's starting to look perky. It makes the chart look a lot more promising, even if the downtrend was actually broken weeks ago. It's not just the chart - the last two pieces of news were positive. The chart is only now beginning to reflect that. | aleman
12/9/2017 19:02 | Looks to me as though we are up and away from here :) | keith95
08/9/2017 07:08 | Banks check what money is wanted for before offering loans. The plans to fund some cases must have looked okay to them and they must have decided it will not stretch the company's ability to service its requirements from cashflows. It is a vote of confidence but beware that banks see big dividends as a big buffer for their servicing needs. Still, good news. They might not have been so generous. | aleman
08/9/2017 06:53 | This is very positive news and a great vote of confidence by Yorkshire Bank. Safeguards divi payments too. | someuwin
08/9/2017 06:21 | 8 September 2017 NAHL Group PLC ("NAHL" or the "Group") Refinancing of Banking Facilities NAHL, the leading marketing and services business focused on the UK consumer legal market, is pleased to announce that it has entered into new, increased banking facilities with Yorkshire Bank (the "Facility"). The new Facility comprises a £25.0m Revolving Credit Facility ("RCF") which will be used to repay the current £9.4m Term Loan and replace the existing £5.0m RCF. The new Facility can be utilised for general business purposes, including working capital of the Group and the payment of dividends. The Facility will support the Group's long-term business strategy. The increased RCF meets the immediate needs of the Group as well as providing sufficient headroom to allow the business to invest for growth and to fund investment in cases in the Personal Injury division. The Facility has a final maturity date of 31 December 2021. | someuwin

02/9/2017 14:04 | Indeed - I topped up more at 127 .... still a large number of what look like institutional trades going through though ... or some little cheeky hedgie looking to spook people into selling. | keith95
01/9/2017 18:26 | Not long ago they had a tie up with Newlaw a company owned by REDDE and REDDE are after acquisitions, just a personal thought and with a PE of under 5 it looks cheap we will see | bc4
01/9/2017 15:13 | And I've topped up. They seem very cheap on current forecasts when we have just been told they are trading "robustly" in line. I presume they'll be worth a bit more when the interims put a bit more meat on the bones so tipsters and analysts can write them up. | aleman
01/9/2017 15:10 | ...Good entry level imo. | someuwin
01/9/2017 14:39 | Just bought in at 127p results due in a couple of weeks | bc4 |
