08/9/2017 08:08 | Banks check what money is wanted for before offering loans. The plans to fund some cases must have looked okay to them and they must have decided it will not stretch the company's ability to service its requirements from cashflows. It is a vote of confidence but beware that banks see big dividends as a big buffer for their servicing needs. Still, good news. They might not have been so generous. | aleman
08/9/2017 07:53 | This is very positive news and a great vote of confidence by Yorkshire Bank. Safeguards divi payments too. | someuwin
08/9/2017 07:21 | 8 September 2017 NAHL Group PLC ("NAHL" or the "Group") Refinancing of Banking Facilities NAHL, the leading marketing and services business focused on the UK consumer legal market, is pleased to announce that it has entered into new, increased banking facilities with Yorkshire Bank (the "Facility"). The new Facility comprises a £25.0m Revolving Credit Facility ("RCF") which will be used to repay the current £9.4m Term Loan and replace the existing £5.0m RCF. The new Facility can be utilised for general business purposes, including working capital of the Group and the payment of dividends. The Facility will support the Group's long-term business strategy. The increased RCF meets the immediate needs of the Group as well as providing sufficient headroom to allow the business to invest for growth and to fund investment in cases in the Personal Injury division. The Facility has a final maturity date of 31 December 2021. | someuwin
07/9/2017 15:43 | Just seven trading days until results. | someuwin
07/9/2017 15:38 | Looks to me as though a flurry of buybacks have started to appear .... :) | keith95
07/9/2017 12:12 | MMs are wise to LII spreads ..... | keith95
06/9/2017 13:48 | my buy just gone through as a sell | 3500sr
02/9/2017 15:04 | Indeed - I topped up more at 127 .... still a large number of what look like institutional trades going through though ... or some little cheeky hedgie looking to spook people into selling. | keith95
01/9/2017 19:26 | Not long ago they had a tie up with Newlaw a company owned by REDDE and REDDE are after acquisitions, just a personal thought and with a PE of under 5 it looks cheap we will see | bc4
01/9/2017 16:13 | And I've topped up. They seem very cheap on current forecasts when we have just been told they are trading "robustly" in line. I presume they'll be worth a bit more when the interims put a bit more meat on the bones so tipsters and analysts can write them up. | aleman
01/9/2017 16:10 | ...Good entry level imo. | someuwin
01/9/2017 15:39 | Just bought in at 127p results due in a couple of weeks | bc4
24/8/2017 09:29 | It feels like it, and it feels backed up by fundamentals too. Hoping the results are the catalyst that confirms the break-out. Medium term 200 seems like a fairer reflection imho, but who knows how long it takes ... | mnomis
24/8/2017 00:20 | You get interesting patterns in share prices that are always worth a look. Resistance just under 150p and support just under 130p ahead of coming news. Then, if either gives way, breaks down to just under 100p or up to 165p ish. A 2 year downtrend has broken to give a 6 week uptrend so I'd say tending to positive. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | aleman
03/8/2017 11:38 | I think we'll see speculative buying picking up as we get closer to results in mid September. | someuwin
03/8/2017 10:18 | Bouncing around on very small volume. As someuwin says - give it time. When someone with deep pockets decides to buy (or sell) the price will move quickly. | mnomis
01/8/2017 15:45 | Well that didn't last long. | basem1
01/8/2017 15:43 | Give it time. | someuwin
01/8/2017 15:24 | Thought there might be a bit more buying now that we seem to be lifting ? | basem1
01/8/2017 15:18 | Overhang cleared.....breakout ???? | basem1
01/8/2017 14:59 | A few buyers about today. | someuwin
28/7/2017 10:12 | Do we know how much stock is out on loan ( how much percentage ? ) being shorted ? I was wondering who, if anyone may be in a position to bid for the company, any foreign suitors ? | basem1
27/7/2017 23:11 | "Do they not realise once they take it higher there will be a buying stampede ??" Yup - but the MMs presumably have a bunch of stock to offload, then they want to accumulate and only THEN will they sell to the punters. I sold a bunch at 146 having bought around 140 .... was looking for a drop back down to 120 but started to buy back from the RNS pre-closed period. Shorts play a long patient game and the MMs know how many of their stock are in punters hands ... with such low liquidity across PI's. Like a game of poker where you can't see the MM's hand but he can see yours. | keith95
27/7/2017 16:21 | Put a bid on the market at 137p I'm sure the seller will be happy to take your money! | tricky1000
27/7/2017 15:35 | Market makers missing a trick here....this 129.4 stock could easily be flying off the book at 137-139p. Do they not realise once they take it higher there will be a buying stampede ?? | basem1 |
